• I used one to back up my son's Wii U games and it worked. Check the PS4 forums, they have a great list.

• I bought this hard drive to extend the storage of my PS4, and you can use it to download, install and play PS4 games. You do have to format it so it can be used by your PS4 (simple process) and you won't be able to use it for anything but PS4, but it has been a great solution for me.
