• Yes you can. When you plug it into the Xbox One, you will be prompted to format it for your XBox One. Then you can copy your games to it. Hope this helps.

• You can plugin this drive in Xbox and can download/Install your game directly into the Hard-drive, as long as hard drive is plugged in you can play games as good as XBOX internal storage. I hope the answer was helpful

• Later to answer compared to post time, but incase it helps anyone else, yes it will work with xbox one. Make sure your xbox is powered on first, then plug the drive in. It auto detected for us and setup was a breeze afterward.
