“I know it says in the reviews it is compatible with PS4, but I plugged it in and it says the device is unsupported. How do I fix this?”

• You have to reformat it to work with PS4. I used my PC to reformat it in exFAT format. It now works with my PS4, PC, and Macbook.

• You might need to format it. Check your settings on the ps4 for that option.
