Yes & No. Yes- OG Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One games can run off the hard drive. Series X games can be stored here. No- Series X games must be moved to Internal Storage or Expansion Card prior to playing. Cross gen games can run off of this external drive but will be limited to the Xbox One version.
