What is the total usable space on this drive? null

(the amount of each hard drive i've purchased) the 4tb has 3.63tb usable (x2) the 10tb has 9.09tb usable (x5) the 14tb has 12.7tb usable (x2) no idea about the 20tb yet

There is no "file system of the drive". What you are seeing is the difference between gigabytes and gibibytes (or terabytes and tibibytes). https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tebibyte https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terabyte Terabyte = a trillion (1,000,000,000,000) bytes Tibibyte = 1,099,511,627,776 bytes which is based on powers of 2. Many operating systems (like Windows) report disk space in Gibibytes or Tibibytes but use the shared GB or TB abbreviation.
