Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should, but I'm running Windows 10, and I can't say with absolute certainty that it will work on Windows 7. But it is just another USB drive. However one caution: It is possible that if the drive is connected to the PC prior to starting, the PC might not get past BIOS startup because of the file system on the drive. It is exFAT so that Mac and PC can read it without special drivers, and older PC's can have issues with that -- I did. There are several ways to address the issue, but my solution was to change the file system to NTFS. Western Digital's web site documents all of this very well. It didn't bother me to change to NTFS because I only intend to use it on a PC, and I know how to create an NTFS drive.
