“Can i send pictures from my iPhone directly to this device?”

• yes you can, if you download the app My Cloud, it is supposed to automatically upload the photos as you take them but it seems a bit buggy so you may have to do it manually sometime

• Yes you can. You can upload image manually or have automatic backup setup and it will sync camera roll images / videos to my cloud

• Yes, once you install the app you can send it directly from your photo album to the device. No need to reopen the app once it's set up.

• Yes, you can. You'll need to download the My Cloud app from the App store. Once you set it up and ensure your drive(s) are added to your My Cloud profile, you can go into Settings, then Auto Backup - Photos and Videos, and choose a drive and a path to automatically back up to. You can also set whether to back up over cellular (your data plan) or turn that off, in which case it will only back up while on Wifi. Note you'll need to leave the app open for the most effective backing up, and it could have an effect on your battery life.
