I think you can do that, both drive can connect to router.

Yes! Very easy to setup. Check out "safepoints" in the product documentation. I do exactly what you ask. The first backup take a long time, but it's easy to do.

I'm not aware of any "automatic" backup routine in the Wireless Pro. If connected to a PC maybe your could manage that process through other software programs.

You can use a software made by Microsoft called SyncToy. Set it up backup files from one to the other hard drive and use Windows Scheduler to back it up at a scheduled time each day.
