Yes mycloud.com allows you to access your drive remotely (assuming you keep it up on your network) and download photos. I tried it from a tablet and my android (Samsung) with no issues. Good luck and best to you!

Yes,.. it acts like a center point for all of your data. Keep a backup,.. 3 copies. PC, NAS and Cloud. Central locations are nice to avoid duplicate files and clutter.

Yes. You just plug it into whatever computers USB port. When you plug it into your computer, an icon should show up on your desktop then you can open the drive and move stuff onto your computer. Simply by dragging. Tablets don’t have USB ports. Unless you get an adapter and I’ve never used an adapter if there is such a thing.
