No. The new Doge U Connect system is for connecting your phone to your car by Bluetooth, connecting to Sirius satellite radio or connecting to the web for podcasts and online or cloud playlists, possibly Pandora or Spotify. However, if your radio has a USB connector on the front, then yes. I rented several cars that had a USB connector an connected my Android phone to use it as an mp3 player and it worked great.

Please try again later.think of it as an over-sized thumb drive. the connector is a little short to conveniently park on your center console, but I am sure you can figure something out. I think the only concern I would have would be that the U-Connect USB port provides enough power to operate the unit. you might just want to opt for a 256gb flash drive for portability and ease of connection.
