“Can I save photos & movies on this & then plug in & view them on either a mac or pc?”

• I have purchased several external hard drives for the purpose of connecting to my PC to view photographs. I shoot with a 70D Canon and the raw images are perfectly viewed from this device. I don't have any experience with movies, sorry.

• Yes this device can contain photos and movies (in the compatible formats) within the over-all memory available. Accessing them would be very easy with the same means from where the photos and movies were stored.

• You can for sure do this for another PC, I think you can also for a mac, but not positive.
