Will this work with the invidia shield? null

I use it on the Shield, as an external drive - not formatted to the Shield as I want to be able to attach to my computer. Wish the Shield was faster transfering files over the network (don't forget to setup the Shields folder on the drive).

Yes it does. I have one hooked up to mine. It has a backlight that will stay on if the device is not turned all the way off
