• Just use the iPhone charging cable to plug the phone into your PC's USB port. You can either then access the iPhone through "Computer" and copy the pictures from the DCIM folder or through iTunes. Hope this helps!

• No, that will not work. You can transfer you pictures from a IPhone to a PC then copy them onto the passport.

• Not really You should establish your photos in the photo library and then they would be available to download to anywhere you wish

• I do not know of any portable hard drives that connect directly to any phone for transfer of data. It would be easier just to connect your iPhone straight to your computer and transfers photos that way.
