• If you bought the My Book for Mac, you just plug it in your MacBook and wait for the icon to show up on your desktop. At that point you will be able to move your photos to your My Book.

• I wouldn’t think so. Just make sure you get the one that says “for Mac” ——NOT the one that says for Mac or Pc.

• On my iMac I just plug it in and it shows up on the desktop. You might want to create one or more folders but that is all there is to it
