Hi , Please be informed that the WD My Passport for Mac drive comes macOS compatible and is formatted in the HFS+ file system, which is ready out of the box to use with macOS. We have not tested the drive for mobile devices. I would like to inform you that its a portable hard disk and use it as a storage portable drive not a NAS drive.
