Hi Winston, Please be informed that the WD My Passport Ultra for Mac drive is a plug and play device tested and designed only for Mac computers for seamless operation. The drive is preformatted in HFS+J format for Mac OS. However, you can reformat the drive in exFAT format to use it on both Windows and Mac Computers.
