“I want to use for fireplace igniton switch. That has only has 2 wires. It don't look like it has a ground”

• Will depend on how the fireplace is wired. The Wemo switch is wired like any normal light switch. If you are able to wire a light switch for the fireplace the smart switch should work fine

• Hello, Jeff. The Wemo WLS040 can be used for porch lights, ceiling fans and recessed lighting. Also, it has a ground wire.
