• During setup it allows you to setup the lowest and highest allowable settings. I had zero issues with my LED lights.

• This device is intended to replace or be used on a 110v household system. When you first install it, the configurator asks what type of bulb you are using. I use LEDs and experience no flicker issues. HTH
