• No. Calling this a "smart" TV is a bit of a stretch. There are a few built-in apps (Netflix, YouTube, AccuWeather) but THAT'S IT. No way to add anything else that I've found.

• No, you can only use the apps it has preloaded. Netflix etc. Facebook is not an app on this TV. No browser.
