I don't know how to update the question, but I'm the one who asked the original question. I was able to get this resolved. There are settings specific to the HDMI settings by going through the menu. Once I switched that I was able to get the connected devices to work properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't notice any issues when connecting HDMI cables. You can try using an HDMI cable that is 4K compatible and maybe that'll work. I also didn't notice any darker tint on the screen. You can always adjust the brightness/color on the settings. I hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES!! No sound - returned to Best Buy in January 2019, they determined it was defective. Exchanged for exact model, got home, also no sound!!!! Two times - what are the chances??!? Returned, also determined defective. Bought an LG, no problems. Will never purchase a Westinghouse TV again....
