Yes, I had the same problem, what you have to do is loosen the bolt on the other leg and put pressure on the leg that you are working on and the legs should line up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We realized we didn’t have them lined up correctly when that happened to us. When we examined the picture in the directions more closely, we had to unscrew the side we had completely done and realigned both sides to the proper place. It wasn’t a huge amount but they lined up perfectly after that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine went strait in. I also used a drill for the wood screws
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a little trouble too. It takes a bit of work. I started one screw only enough to keep in place , then inserted other screw. Tightened up the two alternately, not one at a time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is a defective product. I asked for replacement parts, and it still arrived defective. Best Buy also refuses to provide a refund, notwithstanding the defective nature of the product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They did not align for me either but as long as you have them where they are supposed to be simply screw them in place with a power drill
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
