Did you try contacting the company Whalen ? If that didn't work use good old faithful " Google " It'a not gunna be cheap. Find a glass company in your area & ger prices. What shelf? If it's the top or bottom i would for now replace the middle or top & leave the bottom shelf empty. Good luck
