Yes - the spine has 2 height settings and the TV mount itself is adjustable by several inches.

Hi Jerry, Yes there are two height options. There's 2x sets of 4-holes: 2" separating the two. One height setting would be at the top and the 2nd is 2" below that.

It's not dynamic but yes, you can change the mount height a little bit with predefined holes.
