Yes, you have to loosen the bolt, it didn't work at first either, I put WD-40 on it lol. You have to loosen the giant boot that is on the left, and with a wrench, then you can take the Allen wrench and work at it too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the same issue and cant complete the mounting portion of the stand, frustrating, I already had to call and wait to get the hardware to put the tv stand together because none of it was in the box which was odd also a part was missing that had to be sent. The hex wrench was not sent with the hardware and part, this was upsetting, I had to purchase a set. I'm disappointed with this purchase, I had hoped to have this stand together weeks ago.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.sounds broken unless you tightened up the swivel bolt itself or put the bracket in upside down. Mine moves effortlessly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It turns by itself it's a little tight but it does swivel. Don't listen any bolts after you put it together it's just tight
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.we loosened no bolts and it swivels easily
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ralph, once the unit is fully assembled and the TV is on the mounting frame, the swivel will move more freely. Do NOT loosen any bolts on the swivel bracket. Please contact us at 866-942-5362 M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (PST) if you need further assistance.
