QuestionIn the user guide That came with my microwave, they referred to a “quick reference guide” that was to be provided with the paperwork. I didn’t get one. I’d like to get one, preferably online. Did anyone get one or does anybody have a way to get one?

QuestionMicrowave too high up from stove. Is there a way to lower it by using a fill in piece of something. I have to reach over my head to open and close it. Not very safe when handling hot food.

QuestionThis will be replacing an old hood that is 6 inches in height, so the space where this will go would be half wall and some ceramic tile backsplash. So my question is can this be installed over tile/partial tile ( the bottom 4-5 inches of this)?

- Answer I just hit the add 30 seconds button whenever I put anything in. You may need to go 3 or 4 minutes for a potato to get the desired tenderness.

- Answer The only way I can figure is to use the 30 sec button & after 10 sec, just open the door. You can then cancel the rest of the time.

- Answer The screw holes have a square opening, so it might not seem like a screw hole (but it is). You can also use the metal template that comes with the microwave to locate the screw holes on top of microwave :) They are about 12" from the back edge (plz refer to attached pics).
