QuestionMy WMH31017HZ microwave power cord is about an inch short of reaching the nearest outlet. The outlet is on a tiled wall over counter. So moving outlet is unaccomodating. The manual states “Do not use an extension cord”. Is there a reasonlable solution?

- Answer Ok. Just read user guide & yours may be in energy saving mode or standby mode. Look online or in user guide to reset so lights & stuff stays on.

QuestionIs this OTR all stainless steel? I bought a Whirlpool stove, and the "stainless" wore off. It was just stainless painted plastic. It took some fighting for Whirlpool to do a one time replacement. We don't know what to do the next time it peels off.

This model is so new we do not have access to the documentation yet, but the Installation Guide will list the proper part number, it may even be the 8171338 Biscuit. - Answer HI Olson, the outlet must be above the WMH32519HV normally in a cabinet. If it is within its 30" width and close to the center, the cord will be long enough. Refer to the drawing on page 3 of the Installation Instructions and you will see where the recommended location is. It can be on the left side of the upper cabinet.
