“Noted previous comment about the light under the microwave being inadequate. Has there been any design change for this model to address that? Thinking about buying this microwave but that’s a big issue for us.”

Hi, just purchased this microwave and noticed that the light under the unit sits a little further back than the one it replaced. It lights up the wall behind the range more than it lights up the cooktop. However, there's enough light in the kitchen so it's not a big deal.
