QuestionThe light bulbs for my under-hood vent are going out extremely quickly so I purchased an LED light. While it fits and turns on, I am unable to turn it off. It also randomly flashes. Is this not compatible with an LED bulb?

QuestionWe just purchased this microwave. The instruction manual has different measurements than the wall template. Template has measurements of 15 5/8”, 17 1/3”, 14 1/6”. Manual is 15 3/4, 17 1/4, 14 1/8. Which is right? This is a quality control issue.

- Answer I chatted with Whirlpool customer service about this very question. Their answer was essentially, "We don't have an answer. Find a professional installer." This was disappointing. Based on the JustPurchased response, I'm leaning to relying on the manual.

- Answer Built-in models install in a cabinet and over-the-range models go over the cooking range and have ventilation built-in to the bottom of them, usually with a range light as well.

- Answer I cannot answer for all of their microwaves, WMH53521HZ 2.1 CU. FT. only has a 30 second button as far as the quick cook buttons. The 1 minute or others require the full input of 1:00 and then start.

- Answer The Clock is a 12-hour (12:00-11:59) or 24-hour (0:00-23:59) clock. Touch OPTIONS/CLOCK to reach Clock submenu and follow the prompts to set the Clock. Clock format (12 hours with AM and PM, 12 hours without AM and PM,or 24 hours) may also be set in the Clock submenu. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.
