“My wall cabinets are 15" deep vs standard 12" deep and I plan on rear exterior venting. Do I need a bump out type bracket to mount this microwave? If so what is the model number?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be fine. The way the door hinges on this model it doesn’t extend beyond the outer edge while swinging so you should be fine. My cabinets are 12 but there’s another 2 and 3/4 inches of black before the silver trim. Also as I said the way the hinge works it shouldn’t matter anyway. The majority of microwave weight is held by the upper cabinet so if you feel you need the extra 1/4 of an inch to make it look nice or something just put a couple of paint stirrers or washers underneath the bracket between the wall and the bracket before driving the lag bolts into the studs for the bracket. If you don’t have studs in the right places try to hit at least one stud and use a few extra screws in the sheet rock in other places. It should hold it fine. As I said, most of the microwave weight is held by the cabinet above it.
