A:AnswerDid you just buy your fridge? I had Best Buy arrange for a technician to change the swing of my door...it's included in your purchase. I watched the technicians change the door, and it's not that easy. It took 2 of them to change the swing...and they knew what they were doing..took prob 30 minutes. they had electric tools, level thing and ladder.

A:AnswerI remember reading about this. They say to discard ice at least for two days. Even though your water supply is good, the tubings inside the refrigerator may cause this chemical odor. To avoid such issues, we did not hook up the water supply to the ice maker. We make the ice the old fashioned way- in the tray. That works.
