QuestionI have the model without a water dispenser. My ice just started to taste bad. Is this a water filter issue? I don't see a filter in the upper right corner. Am I missing something?

- Answer The simple answer is "NO". I don't think any of the brushed stainless models are fingerprint resistant. At least none of mine are fingerprint resistant.

QuestionWhat would cause the temp adjustment to be stuck on 5 freezer and 7 fridge. Unplugged for 15 minutes didn’t help. Seems the temp control board isn’t working but has a display. Model number ended in wrb322dmbm01. The pic below is housing to disp unit

- Answer Hi Notworking, we suggest doing a "quick" reboot on the unit by either unplugging the unit at the wall or shutting it down at the breaker for only 1 minute. 15 minutes is too long and resembles a power outage. QuestionWe have had this unit for a couple months now and continue to have a problem with things freezing in the refrigerator part. The label on the control says 7 is the coldest, so, we have been stepping it down to it now being set at 1 and it still freezes.

- Answer Did you just buy your fridge? I had Best Buy arrange for a technician to change the swing of my door...it's included in your purchase. I watched the technicians change the door, and it's not that easy. It took 2 of them to change the swing...and they knew what they were doing..took prob 30 minutes. they had electric tools, level thing and ladder. Hope that helps

QuestionI don't need the ice maker so I want to take it out completely. Can I remove the four wires connected to the freezer? If I can, how do I remove it? I've been trying to remove the wires with all kinds of methods, but I couldn't do it.

- Answer Cherry, thanks for the inquiry. The model WRB322DMHV has a factory installed ice maker which means that it can not be removed. Sorry the inconvenience.

QuestionIs it possible to remove or rearrange the freezer drawer dividers? I just received my refrigerator today and really like it. I won't be using the ice maker so I need to make room for ice cube trays. Also, there are packages of meat that won't fit flat.

- Answer I took the divider out of the top shelf in the freezer and a pizza fits nicely or you can slant it on the bottom bin.
