“We just bought our fridge on the 15th of Feburary. The installation team put my ice bin in and the user manual doesn't say how to unlock it. Is entering the Sabbath mode and then exiting the Sabbath mode the only way to unlock it. Please help.”

On the right side of the ice maker machine on the inside, there is a "push button to release ice bin" engraved sign. You need to make sure the left door is fully opened and you need to press the button kind of hard to pull the tray out. Be careful its gonna be heavy from all the ice. If possible, i would go back to BestBuy and try to do it on one of the floor models. Hope this helps!

Pull out the storage bin. To Replace the Ice Storage Bin: IMPORTANT: It may be necessary to turn the auger driver, behind the ice bin, counterclockwise to properly align the ice bin with the auger driver. The ice storage bin must be locked in place for proper ice dispensing.

Lift the base a bit while doing it works for me. To turn the sabbath mode, just hold the light and options button at the same time for three seconds. It should do the trick. Enjoy your fridge!
