Our fridge is good and stable on the floor. Yes they will remove your old refrigerator and fully set up your new with a delivery charge, I believe. Be sure to watch them bringing it in. They didn't want to remove the handles to make it fit better at the door so they banged up my frame in a couple of spots. We bought ours in Feb right before all the coronavirus stuff happened and we waited about 2 weeks for delivery. The noise level is very minimal. I am very pleased with that.
