Can the freezer drawer and basket be removed? null

Many people are asking how to clean the bottom of the freezer because the basket & freezer drawer doesn't look like you can remove them to clean the bottom. Why would someone make something you can't remove to clean the bottom of the freezer?! Also can the two doors of the refrigerator be replaced? And it seems you can't remove the outside water & ice tray from the refrigerator door to clean it real good from the water deposits build up. The refrigerator is more on the expensive side & these issues need to be address. Thank you.
