“Is there a way to lower the Temperature. All I see is the deli and produce controls. On my top shelf everything always gets frozen don’t matter what setting I have it on. I always have to throw good away cause it gets to cold.”

You may also check to ensure the items are not underneath the circulation vents and in the very rear of the Refrigerator.
