“How do I normally clean the Styrofoam that surrounds the tubing and reservoir (Part W11229977) inside the refrigerator right behind the salad bins? This is the insulation that says on it "Do not remove". Or is that warning only a shipping warning?”

I would just use dish soap and water. It's put there to keep the water for the dispenser cool, I wouldn't remove it.
