“We have had this refrigerator since April and cannot seem to get the temperature correct for produce. Everything freezes including fruits and vegetables. Any suggestions?”

This happens to us too. I can't count the number of times I have had to throw away frozen eggs, yogurts, and lettuce. The only thing I have found that helps is moving items that are sensitive to the cold temperature to the bottom level. I'm bummed that we are both having issues with this!
