• To turn the light off after washing, you push the on/off button to turn the power off and the light goes out with the door open. We leave our door open as well.

• Yes but doesn't stay on long. No button to turn off/on.

• Only for a few minutes then it turns itself off. You can turn it off sooner by touching the Extra Rinse button for 3 seconds.
