- Answer This is what think... If your handy and can vision / measure the base and as long as the four feet of whatever you want to place on the pedestal lands firmly on to, now you can secure it using the fastener you have. The key is to make sure all four feet are firmly on the pedestal.

- Answer KIKI, this Whirlpool® Washer is compatible with pedestal part numbers XHP1000XW and WFP2715HC. If the pedestal that you have is not one of these, sadly, it will not work.

QuestionLooking for an answer from only Whirlpool employee. Will the pedestal for my model WFW94HEAC work on this? I live out of town and will be having this installed without any ability to change or help so I need a 100% for sure answer. Thanks in advance.

- Answer Hello LBVandal! We would need a model number from your current pedestal to confirm for sure. I can confirm that the pedestal that will fit Washer model WFW6620HC is Pedestal WFP2715HC. If you look at your current pedestal in your home and its model number is this one, then yes it will fit. Otherwise it will not. Hope this helps.

QuestionThis washer vibrates more than my previous Duet washer which was also on a pedestal. Nothing extremely horrible and doesn't walk. It's on a basement concrete floor. How much should it vibrate and would anti-vibration pads under the pedestals help?

- Answer We returned three, yes, three versions of this model due to excessive vibrations. This new model was vibrating more than our old Whirlpool duet! Ridiculous. Pure laziness on Whirlpool's part in using bad parts and/or bad engineering. On the flip side, our current front-load washer has 75% less vibration compared to Whirlpool. I wouldn't suggest anti-vibration pads as there is risk of the washer coming off it during spin and it would take off the hose from the washer's back leading to your house flooding.
