“This washer vibrates more than my previous Duet washer which was also on a pedestal. Nothing extremely horrible and doesn't walk. It's on a basement concrete floor. How much should it vibrate and would anti-vibration pads under the pedestals help?”

We returned three, yes, three versions of this model due to excessive vibrations. This new model was vibrating more than our old Whirlpool duet! Ridiculous. Pure laziness on Whirlpool's part in using bad parts and/or bad engineering. On the flip side, our current front-load washer has 75% less vibration compared to Whirlpool. I wouldn't suggest anti-vibration pads as there is risk of the washer coming off it during spin and it would take off the hose from the washer's back leading to your house flooding.
