“The washing machine rocks back and forth on the spin cycle and is very loud. I even tried washing one article of clothing and it still rocks back and forth. What solutions are there for this?”

Sounds like it needs to be leveled. Mine was rocking as well. My handyman leveled it and it is fine now.
