“Does the "Tumble Fresh" feature circulate fresh air into the washer in order to prevent the laundry from going sour, or does it just tumble the laundry to prevent wrinkles?”

No it does not. Older models did have one. It was called Fan Fresh then. Now it is called Tumble Fresh. Too bad they took that out. I had a Fan Fresh model, it was fantastic.
