“Tried out my machine for the first time. The drum looked off center before I loaded laundry. I added the dirty clothes anyway and the controls read OFB. I have tried shifting the clothes. Nothing seems to work. Do I need to have it serviced? help!!!”

Cory, We had this same issue with our new washer. Ours ended up needing a new motor and tub as they became separated and stripped. Whirlpool helped me set up a service call and was taken care of in 4 days.
