“How much detergent is dispensed at a time when on 10x. My clothes doesn’t smell clean???? The washing machine is brands new”

I think you have set your detergent concentration incorrectly. 10X refers to detergent concentration, not the amount dispensed. All of the HE detergents that I have found locally are 2X concentrated. If you change your setting to 2x I think you will be happier with your results. The washer automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent.
