I am having the same issues. Control panel does not respond to touch. I had to use my phone to lock the control panel. I am glad that I set it up on my phone or this oven would be useless. I really had the Smart oven and would prefer old school dials so I could at least use my oven. I bought a toaster oven as a backup for when this oven won't work when needed. It is less than a year old.
