Do I hook to hot or cold water for the steam option? null

The installers took care of everything

They say hot but if the water is in the hose leading to it it’s already cold . It uses very little water to make steam.

Hello! Per the Installation Instructions: Steam models only: Cold water faucets located within 4 ft (1.2 m) of the water fill valves, and water pressure of 20-100 psi (137.9-689.6 kPa). You may use your washer’s water supply by purchasing the necessary parts noted in “Parts needed.” We hope this helps.
