QuestionI asked why the washer and matching dryer are of different heights. I was told it is because the dryer has to accommodate a larger drum. Well........then make the washer taller!!! A washer and dryer that are "matched" should be the same height.

- Answer The taller the machines are, the harder it is to retrieve washed items. I cannot reach inside the drum of the washer. I'm 5'2" I have to use a "reacher" to grab things.

- Answer Supposedly you get one when you turn in the warranty. But they say its out of stock. I am still waiting for one for the dryer i purchased several years ago. So i am owe two at this point. Maybe they should just include it because its the reason i purchased this dryer (well one of them)
