No, it covers the poop or pee when rotating and drops it into the bin

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will not. I have one cat that does the same thing. The Litter Robot 4 will cycle at the delayed time that you set. I have found that the 15 minute delay seems to work best for urine clumping and feces odor. The Litter-Robot 5 will cycle immediately after it detects feces.
