Yes I bought the service with the cameras at best buy and they canceled the installation 4 times

However, it may be installed by a 3rd party if you are in an area where Geek Squad is not certified or authorized to do security installs. Either way, Geek Squad should be able to schedule an install if your home or business falls within 50 miles of a store location.
