Call Withings customer service. They changed the App for this. I had a problem and the customer service person walked me through how to get it working.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From what I’ve experienced, you will still be able to use the thermometer, it just won’t transmit the results over WiFi to your smart device.
